Lucile Ave, Los Angeles

Built in 1962, we completely restored the home in 2014 (with guidance from interior designer, Shay Lam). 1887 Lucile Ave (90026) is a classic and rare example of post and beam, mid-century modern, Los Angeles architecture. We were the 3rd owners.

At approximately 2,300 square feet, the home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a downstairs guest space. One of the first houses built on the block, it comes with stunning views of the Franklin Hills and San Gabriel Mountains.

Architect unknown. Commisioned by Mr. William Tom of Hilltop Builders.

Silver Lake, 90026.
